ChoyTravel is operated by Doniyor Aliyev, based in Budapest, Hungary. Doniyor is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

What we use and why
- Trip enquiries: your name, email address or phone number, selected trip, preferred date, number of travellers, and any budget or message you choose to share. We keep an enquiry reference, language, dates, status, and relevant planning or follow-up notes. We use these details to reply and prepare a possible journey at your request. The legal basis is taking steps you request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Journey updates: your email address and signup time. We use your address for journey news you ask to receive, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). An enquiry does not subscribe you. You can leave the list by emailing us at any time.
- Site protection: limited request counters use a hashed network address or signed-in identifier to reduce spam and repeated abusive requests. This supports our legitimate interest in keeping the website and enquiry service safe and available (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Optional visit analytics: when enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand public-page visits, referring websites and page performance. It loads only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Enquiry contents and contact details are not sent to analytics.
Providing enquiry details is your choice. We need a name and a way to contact you to answer through the form. Please do not send passports, payment-card details, medical information or other sensitive documents. Submitting a form does not confirm a booking or take payment. We do not make automated decisions about your eligibility or prices.
Who handles information
Our website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare to host pages, store enquiries and subscriber records, and store uploaded photographs. These providers also process the network and security information needed to operate their services. They may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Contact us if you would like information about the providers handling your data.
The operator accesses enquiries and planning notes through a protected administration area. If enquiry notifications are enabled, the notification service receives the enquiry reference and trip information, without your name, contact details or message. We do not sell contact lists.
Following a WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or Facebook link takes you to that provider, whose own privacy terms apply. The WhatsApp link shown after an enquiry contains its reference, without your form name or message. Published photographs and reviews are public. Unpublished uploaded photographs are restricted, except when shared in a time-limited trip preview.
Browser storage and your choices
When you save a trip or choose a language, this browser remembers that choice for up to 180 days. These features work independently of analytics consent. Fonts and photographs are served by this site, and no social feeds or advertising pixels load in the page.
If visit analytics is available, you can accept it, reject it, or manage your choice. Cookie settings in the footer remains available on every page. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics transmissions from that page; information already sent or being sent cannot be recalled. If you enable analytics again on the same page, it starts on your next page navigation. Your unsent form stays in place. Read the cookie notice.
How long records stay
Enquiries and related planning notes currently remain in our records until the operator deletes them. Marking an enquiry closed does not delete its contents. You can contact us to request deletion. Email-update records remain on the list until you ask to leave or the operator removes them. Older abuse-prevention counters are cleared periodically. The cookie notice lists the expiry periods for information stored in your browser.
Your rights and requests
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for updates or analytics at any time. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew it. Email us to make a request; we may ask for confirmation through the contact details originally provided to protect your information.
You can also complain to a data-protection authority, including the authority where you live or work. In Hungary, you can contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
